the JOKER book, which i don't think is part of the main continuity, establishes him as a black male--i dont know if it has ever been established elsewhere. i sure don't remember it coming up in the animated series.
Yeah, the Joker book is the only place it was ever mentioned that I can recall. So let's just say yeah!
Yes, he was black in his original appearance. They show him as a little kid with a green hue, and he's black. He just had green scales.
C'mon - his name is WAYLON JONES. It doesn't get any blacker than that.
lol, yeah his name pretty much sums it up but ys I remember reading somewhere he was black.
